What is Ignition certification?

The Ignition SCADA certification is a program that verifies a person’s ability to design and develop applications using the Ignition SCADA platform for the monitoring and controlling of manufacturing processes.

Why did we decide to get certified?

Here at Philco Systems, we are passionate about industrial automation technologies. Since Ignition SCADA software has been developed with so many new and innovative features, we decided to pursue certification to improve our understanding of these features and architecture in order to integrate these features effectively for the benefit of our clients.

How do you get certified?

You can get certified in one of two ways:

Method 1:
An individual will need to complete the training on Inductive Automation and thereafter attend a virtual or in-person training session in which at the end of the session you are assessed for competence.

Method 2:
If an individual is already proficient with the Ignition platform, the certification tests can be purchased and attempted. There is the core certification and the gold certification tests available.
